Yes. The rental or purchase fee must be paid in full prior to picking up the costume. You have 2 days to try on the costume and determine if it will work. If you change your mind, the costume must be dropped off within 2 days and the rental or purchase fee will be returned. If the costume is returned after 2 days, 50% of the rental or purchase fee will be refunded.

For costume rentals, generally, no alterations may be made. We may permit minor, temporary adjustments to costumes. This must be reviewed and approved by Costume Loft staff.

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. Costumes are picked up and returned at our South Edmonton location.

Yes, we ship costumes within Canada starting at $18 flat rate. Note that this price could increase depending on how many costumes are being shipped.

In the event of damage to a rented costume, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen. The renter is responsible for any damage to the costume. A damage fee of $75 will be charged to the credit card on file to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
