Can the costumes be tried on?Yes. The rental or purchase fee must be paid in full prior to picking up the costume. You have 2 days to try on the costume and determine if it will work. If you change your mind, the costume must be dropped off within 2 days and the rental or purchase fee will be returned. If the costume is returned after 2 days, 50% of the rental or purchase fee will be refunded.

Can I alter the costume?For costume rentals, generally, no alterations may be made. We may permit minor, temporary adjustments to costumes. This must be reviewed and approved by Costume Loft staff.

Where are you located?We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. Costumes are picked up and returned at our South Edmonton location.

Do you ship costumes?Yes, we will ship costumes within Canada. Due to the Canada Post strike, shipping is on hold and will resume as soon as the strike is over.

What if the costume gets damaged?In the event of damage to a rented costume, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen. The renter is responsible for any damage to the costume. A damage fee of $75 will be charged to the credit card on file to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
