We do not have a storefront location with a fitting room. Contact us if your dancer would like to try on a costume in Edmonton and we may be able to accommodate. Otherwise, you may purchase the costume and if it doesn't work out you can return it within 7 days for a refund. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

You have 7 days to return the costume for a full refund. Shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Once you pay for the costume, you may alter as needed. For costume rentals no alterations may be made. We may permit minor, temporary adjustments to costumes. This must be reviewed and approved by Costume Loft staff.

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. Costumes are picked up and returned at our South Edmonton location. We ship across Canada and to the US.

Yes, we ship costumes within Canada starting at $22 flat rate. Note that this price could increase depending on how many costumes are being shipped.

If you are renting a costume and damage occurs, please notify us as soon as possible. The renter is responsible for any damage to the costume. A damage fee of $75 will be charged to the credit card on file to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
