​Payment: Payment is due upon order.

Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are choosing to pickup in our South Edmonton location, details will be included in the email (location, time, and date). Please allow 2-3 days for pickup.

Shipping: If you have chosen to get your costume(s) shipped, the package will be shipped within 2-3 days of the order. Shipping details and a tracking # will be emailed to you.

Returns: Costumes may be returned within 7 days of pickup if you change your mind. Shipping is at the buyers expense. Payment will be refunded within 5-7 days of costume return.

Rentals: Some costumes are available for rent. Contact us if you are interested in renting and you are located in the Edmonton, Alberta area. ​​​
