Rental Terms and Conditions

Payment: Payment is due upon order.

​

Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with pickup details (location, time, and date). Please allow 2-3 days for pickup. 

​

Returns: Costumes may be returned within 2 days of pickup if you change your mind. Payment will be refunded within 1 week of costume return,

​

Rental Period: The rental period begins on the day the costume is picked up and ends on June 15, 2025.

​

Costume Return Deadline: Rental costumes must be returned by June 15, 2025. A late fee of $2.00 per day, per costume, will be charged to the credit card on file.

​

Costume Condition: Prior to pick-up, each costume is fully cleaned, sanitized, and thoroughly inspected. Absolutely no alterations are allowed. Note - minor, temporary alterations may be permitted with prior approval of Costume Loft staff. 

​

Care and Liability: The renter is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the costume during the rental period. Costumes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damage, loss, or theft will result in a $75 damage fee charged to the credit card on file.

​

Cleaning Care: A Cleaning Care Card with instructions is included with your costume rental.  Costumes must be washed according to the provided instructions for the specific rented costume. 

​

• If your costume can be hand-washed, it can be done using cold water only and hung to dry. Note - some costumes can be machine washed using a gentle cycle. We will indicate this to you with the cleaning instructions. All costumes must be hung to dry.
   

• If your costume is dry clean only, it will be indicated on the cleaning card with any specific instructions if required.
