We accept high-quality, gently-used costumes from various brands, including custom designs, to ensure our curated collection is always diverse and unique.

Take photos of your costumes: Gather your costumes and take clear photo photos of the front and back. You can send up to 10 costumes per submission. Include the size and condition of each costume, ensuring the photos accurately reflect their current state.

Review Process: We'll review your photos and respond within 2-3 business days if we are interested in consigning your items. The selection is based on demand, style, inventory needs, and the condition of your items.

Consignment Agreement: If selected, we’ll provide a consignment agreement outlining our terms and conditions including end date.

Drop-off Details: Drop off your clean, labeled costumes at our southside drop-off location. We'll provide the address and instructions once your items are approved for consignment. Costumes that are damaged, stained, or in need of repair will not be accepted.

Timeframe: Timelines are set to 90 days, with extensions granted at the discretion of Costume Loft.

Payment & Terms

Consignors receive 35% of the selling price once their item is sold. If the costumes are not clean upon drop-off, your consignment percentage will be reduced to 30%.

Prices are set by Costume Loft and may be adjusted over time.

Unsold costumes must be picked up by the end date listed in your agreement. Items not picked up will be donated to charity or kept by Costume Loft.

If you wish to pick up any item before the contract ends, a storage fee of 12% of the item's selling price will be charged and must be paid prior to pick-up.

2. Email photos to us​: Send us your photos along with size(s). We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days with an offer if we are interested. Our offers are based on style, inventory needs and condition of your items. Please ensure that photos accurately reflect the current state of the costume. Costumes will not be accepted that are damaged, stained or need repair.​

3. Get paid: If you accept our offer, you will receive an email confirmation with the purchase price, drop-off date and address. Pick-up options may be available depending on location. You'll get paid via e-transfer.
